Refund FAQ
Can I return or exchange clothing? Of course! We want you to be in love with your purchase as well as find the right fit. Please return or exchange within 30 days of receiving item.
Can I return Garment Kits? Garment Kits can easily be returned or exchanged if unopened. Please notify us if there are any issues with your order once it is opened.
Can I return Paper Patterns? Paper patterns can only be returned if unopened.
Can I return PDF Patterns? PDF Patterns cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Policy
We understand that ordering clothing online can be a tricky process, so we want to accommodate your returns or exchanges to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. This includes emailing you return shipping labels to cover cost of shipping and hassle of figuring out the details.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed).
To start a return, you can contact us at thirdbornclothing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via email. Items sent back to us beyond the 30-day return policy will not be accepted. Please note if you reach out via email regarding a return on the 30th day but still need time to ship, the email date will mark your return attempt and the refund will be honored given the product is in original condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on PDF Patterns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
